RETURN, REPLACEMENT & MISSING ITEM POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • It is within 30 days after the delivery date.
  • It is not an on sale or clearance item or gift cards.
  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new, unopened and unused and in its original plastic seal intact or original packaging.
  • You bought the product from our official website and you have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your order, please do the following:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. View the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu.
  3. Click the Return Item(s) button.

We will notify you via email with the return label.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Malaysia, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Please do not return your order without requesting for a refund. Unfortunately, we will have to refuse acceptance if this happens.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

The return shipping cost will be borne by you. However, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (ie. you received an incorrect or defective item).

We encourage you to use shipping with tracking service, so that you can be notified once the item has safely arrived back to us.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

If you receive a damaged item, please e-mail customer.service@omnibona.com within 30 days and include your order number, some photos of the damaged item(s), and photos of the box you received. Upon receiving the request, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail within a reasonable time frame regarding whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement of the damaged item.

Your entitlement to a replacement or a refund is depending on whether the damaged good is due to our error (which is our responsibility) or occur during delivery (which is unfortunately, outside of our jurisdiction).

If you are entitled to a replacement or refund (ie. the damaged item is due to our packaging), we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale and clearance items or gift cards.

If you receive a package with missing items, please e-mail customer.service@omnibona.com within 30 days and include some photos of the top and bottom of the box you received. Upon receiving the request, we will fully examine the case and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable time frame, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement of the missing items.

If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

REFUND POLICY

At OmniBona, we strive to ensure all our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund within a specified timeframe, subject to the conditions outlined in this Refunds Policy Section.

Our Refund Policy applies to all products (with the exceptions detailed in the next section) purchased directly from our website, www.omnibona.com. Purchases made somewhere else (ie. other platforms or retail stores) will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. You can contact the store you purchased from to learn about their refund policy.

OmniBona reserves the right to deny a refund request (ie. due to suspicion of fraud or similar reasons).

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

  • You have purchased the product directly from our website at omnibona.com.
  • You have returned the items and we have received them.
  • You are within the designated timeframe for refunds or replacements, which is 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • You have valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.

We will process your refunds within 2 weeks after we have received the item. The refunds will be returned to the same account you used for the payment. Depending on the bank you use, your refund will normally take 3 to 14 working days to complete.

Certain items may not be eligible for a refund, including but not limited to:

  • Clearance items discounted due to an expiration date less than 12 months away. Clearance items will have the expiration dates published on the product page or the product image.
  • Items on sale or discounted using coupons.
  • Gift cards items.
  • Digitally or electronically delivered products.

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on the nature of the dissatisfaction.

SHIPPING POLICY

It is important to understand that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. However, there could be unforeseen delays brought on by a large number of orders or issues with the postal service (which is unfortunately out of our control).

We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please consider any shipment or transit time offered to you by OmniBona Beverages or other parties only as an estimate.

Free shipping applies to eCommerce Standard Shipping only on orders of physical products that exceed the free shipping minimum of RM100.
