For now, we only have bottles in two sizes - 50ml & 500ml. We do plan to have bigger bottles in the future.


We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Orders are normally shipped within 2 to 5 business days, then will spend another 5 to 10 days in transit before they reach your doorstep.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • It is within 30 days after the delivery date.
  • It is not an on sale or clearance item or gift cards.
  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new, unopened and unused and in its original plastic seal intact or original packaging.
  • You bought the product from our official website and you have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your order, please do the following:

  2. View the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu.
  3. Click the Return Item(s) button.

We will notify you via email with the return label.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The return shipping cost will be borne by you. However, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (ie. you received an incorrect or defective item).

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

  • You have purchased the product directly from our website at omnibona.com.
  • You have returned the items and we have received them.
  • You are within the designated timeframe for refunds or replacements, which is 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • You have valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.

We will process your refunds within 2 weeks after we have received the item. The refunds will be returned to the same account you used for the payment. Depending on the bank you use, your refund will normally take 3 to 14 working days to complete.

Unfortunately, you cannot. Only one coupon can be used per order. Coupons cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Coupons cannot be used on bundles or previous purchases.

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. If you receive a damaged item, please e-mail customer.service@omnibona.com within 30 days and include your order number, some photos of the damaged item(s), and photos of the box you received.

Upon receiving the request, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail within a reasonable time frame regarding whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement of the damaged item.

Your entitlement to a replacement or a refund is depending on whether the damaged good is due to our error or during delivery.

If you are entitled to a replacement or refund (ie. the damaged item is due to our packaging), we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

You will get free shipping if your order is RM100 and more. If your order is RM100 or above, please use the discount code that is shown on the checkout page.

To qualify for free shipping your product subtotal must be equal to or greater than the free shipping minimum of RM100 and after coupons have been applied. Orders that do not reach the free shipping minimum will see a shipping rate from our shipping partner.

For now, we do not ship overseas. But we do plan to expand our shipping coverage to South East Asia countries and the rest of the world in the near and far future.

Our 500ml bottle weighs about 543g (0.54kg) and our 50ml bottle around 65g (0.065kg)
